This is where the Viking prince Breacan anchored his ship for three days and nights to win the hand of the daughter of the Lord of the Isles – yet was lost to its watery depths. A legendary whisky. The first plunge is deep, peppery, and chewy with crispy seaweed. A mouthful of espresso coffee that coats the palate with rich melted dark fruits (black currants, blueberries, and cherries) and star anise.
